Private sessions are an experience that may include sound healing, crystals, aromatherapy and readings in addition to your chosen service and session goals. During this experience, you will have time for attaching and detaching, so to speak: time to get you in a relaxed and open state at the beginning and later, time for you to arrive back to the present.

Achieve relaxation and overall body healing with my Energy Healing Sessions. I use a blend of healing traditions from Reiki to Karuna to Multidimensional Healing while incorporating Crystals, Sound Healing and Aroma Therapy. These sessions are a wonderful way to let go of unwanted stress, alleviate pain in sensitive areas and reduce anxiety and depression. Energy Healings are beneficial to all areas of illness and disease, leaving the recipient feeling light, refreshed, grounded and loved.

A powerful meditation healing technique that not only supports emotional and mental healing, but physical healing as well. It is often called the miracle healing technique providing deep, powerful and total healing to the body through belief work. Lifting limiting beliefs within the body can heal and transform fears, anger, resentments, regrets, shame, guilt and so much more. I use a variety of techniques to access the subconscious mind and lift those underlying beliefs that hold negative patterns and blockages in place. releasing you from them.
