The Phoenix has long been looked upon as a symbol of purification, transformation, hope and rebirth. It represents the Animal Totem of the Soul for February alongside the Roman God Februur, the god of cleansing and purification, which this month was named for. In cultures all over the world the Phoenix symbol meant a connection to Spirit World and Divine Consciousness and is represented by the Sun.

Let’s join together during this season of Love, and journey deep into our heart centers. We will embrace the power of the Phoenix to cleanse and purify our heart and soul in order to strengthen our connection to the Divine. Here, we can activate deep healing, initiate self love and set intentions towards healthy, loving relationships.

During this darker, colder time of year, the Phoenix reminds us of our light with the symbol of the Sun. The Sun will guide us on our journey and represent the light we carry inside us. It shines on the darkest parts of ourselves allowing the healing to complete and the rebuilding to begin. 

This healing experience will rejuvenate your heart and soul. You’ll leave feeling less tension and more of that soft, calm feeling in your heart. Content. The Phoenix and the Sun are with you to ignite your own light, to propel you into an amazing year, to attune you to love and align you with abundance. Jodi will finish off the evening with some light hands on healing, and messages. 

Dress comfortably. Participants are encouraged to bring additional blankets, mats, bolsters and pillows to enhance your experience while laying on the floor in a yoga like setting. Some yoga mats will be provided, but the more the better, for you and your comfort. A limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for those who are unable to lay on the floor, please contact me to reserve this accommodation.
