It’s a New Year and that gives us an opportunity for new beginnings, new opportunities and lots of possibilities!  Let us join together in meditation, to let go of the past and what no longer serves you. Let’s bring in your “new” with healing for the body, mind and spirit. This Guided Meditation with Sound Healing will ease and please the body and spirit allowing the mind to reset, so you can manifest a more powerful start to 2023. Take this journey towards balance and alignment in order to activate all your goals and desires in this new year. 

This beautiful Sound Healing Meditation is infused with Reiki hands-on healing and ThetaHealing downloads, ending with messages from your loved ones in heaven. 

Participants are encouraged to bring additional blankets, mats, bolsters and pillows to enhance your experience while laying on the floor in a yoga like setting. Some yoga mats will be provided, but the more the better, for you and your comfort. A limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for those who are unable to lay on the floor, please contact me to reserve this accommodation.
