It’s time to take a moment for you this Holiday Season to slow down and relax. Join me for a special Healing Meditation as we journey to Christmas Past. Walk with me amongst the evergreens, soft snow falling enveloped in the peaceful silence of it all. Imagine yourself draped in a warm cloak, enjoying the crackling of a fire and a sip of hot tea. Here in this beautiful space we can recognize, honor and heal the emotions that are coming up during the Holiday Season. 

This peaceful meditation will include an array of sound healing designed to wash away what's coming up for you. The beautiful meditation and sound healing will allow you to release any stored stress and tension. You’ll leave feeling peaceful and restored, ready to allow more of the joy this Season can bring.

Participants are encouraged to bring additional blankets, mats, bolsters and pillows to enhance your experience while laying on the floor in a yoga like setting. Some yoga mats will be provided, but the more the better, for you and your comfort. A limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for those who are unable to lay on the floor, please contact me to reserve this accommodation.
