Enjoy an Energy Healing inside a state of the art Halotherapy Observatory wrapped in warm tile with layered lighting and a natural sand floor. Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, uses a specialized device to disperse micronized salt particles into the air. The quality of the pharmaceutical grade salt can benefit respiratory issues, help clear mucus, alleviate allergies, aid in a variety of skin problems and reduce inflammation while boosting your immune system. Wow! The combination of Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy and Halotherapy used during this experience offers healing on both the inside and out.

Come to this healing session dressed in comfortable clothes and be prepared to leave it all behind…No seriously…nothing can come into the Halotherapy Observatory but you and those comfy clothes!!! No shoes, clean white socks only and No devices or personal items. A basket is provided (sorry, no lockers). 

Once you enter the Halotherapy Observatory, I will help you settle into a comfortable position and start the Halotherapy device. I use crystals, my sound bowls, aromatherapy and play soft frequencies overhead for a truly unique feeling all while the therapeutic salt is dispersing. I encourage you to take deep breaths throughout your session and just relax into this soft, beautiful, healing experience. 

When your Energy Healing in the Halotherapy Observatory is completed you will feel deeply relaxed and airy. At this time, I will invite you into the Garden Room for some grounding. Here, you can sit upright surrounded by plants in a private nook. Grab the noise blocking headphones (provided) and listen to the songs and whispers of the plants that surround you. It's a fabulous way to come back to the present and connect after such a deep and relaxing healing.

To conclude your healing session, you will be welcome to some personal care items. If you understand Halotherapy correctly thus far, salt is really in the air!!! The parts of you that are not covered by clothing may feel salty, like when you're near the ocean, so most of my clients enjoy “washing up” after a Halotherapy Session. I have washcloths and some various soaps available to treat yourself after your session, to really bring you back to the present feeling so fresh!!! It really is my pleasure. 

This entire experience takes 1.5 Hours from start to finish. You will spend approximately 1 hour in the Halotherapy Observatory, while the remaining time is used for prep, consulting, grounding in the Garden Room and refreshing yourself.
